- i am inexperienced with furry art, so i will be inclined to refuse

- realistic/non-anime art
- NO ffxiv ultimate weapons

TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to all of the below:

- you have acknowledged and read all of this carrd.usage
- any commissioned artwork for noncommercial use only. if you'd like to use it commercially, we can talk about it (price will increase).
- you may edit your commissioned artwork piece in any way you'd like, but please do not claim the artwork as your own.
- under absolutely no circumstances are you allowed to sell your commissioned artwork as NFT.turnaround
- art may take up to 1 week ~ 2 months after payment to finish .
- you will receive the full image (with diff variations, if applicable), and the .psd file.
- you will not receive a physical product. (digital only)
- Payment is through paypal invoice only.disclaimer
- by commissioning me you also allow me to post your commission to social media (with watermark). please let me know beforehand if you do not want me to post it!!
- i may also use the commission for self promotion or in my portfolio.
- I have the right to decline any commissions at any time, for any reason.
- complex armor or outfits will be simplified.
- especially complicated scenes or complicated props/items you wish to include may incur a fee, please keep this in mind.
- if there's something that you want that isn't listed you can message or email me about it! as a reminder, my style is very anime. I do not do realism for commissions.cancellations
- No refunds on completed artwork
- If the client chooses to cancel the commission, the client agrees to forfeit part or all of the refund depending on how much progress has been made.
- I will keep the following percentages of payment for cancellations: sketch phase>25%, flat colors> 50%, rendering>60~100%. Refunds will NOT be made if you commissioned only a sketch.
- If something major comes up and I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you in full.

STYLE NOTES

style A is "skeb style" which means after you submit your desired commission idea to me, i will not contact you with rough sketches outside of a very rough composition sketch (see first example image under style A), and you will be unable to make changes unless i make a large error. however, giving me free reign may allow me to draw pieces with more compelling lighting or backgrounds, so please use your discretion.style C will come only with a rough sketch check in, and is experimental, meaning that they may not come out like the examples. Please keep in mind that this style may be sketchy.
